CD 301 Bernt Staf

The third box begins with Bernt Staf who was a writer, actor,

acoustic guitar strummer, Marmite-singer and occasional whistler.

I believe the lyrics have socio-political meaning

but any of that is lost on me as I don't speak the lingo.

'Pick a Bale of Hay' is, sort of. sung in English

but probably not representative of Bernt's lyrics.

He had a big hit with the song 'Familjelycka',

for which he won a Grammy, so somebody must like him.

I didn't find it unlistenable to be fair but he ain't no Roy Harper.
