A New Day Festival

Hernhill, Kent

August 21st 2021

Reposted from November 2021.

The day Anonymous turned 61...damn! :)

I spent the afternoon remastering this so you'd better bloody like it! :)

Arthur is 79 and still brilliant.

I don't know the opening song.

I called it 'Tribal Sound'.

Never heard it before, maybe a new one?

See my Ozric Tentacles post for more about this festival.

Arthur Brown with Nick Pynn

Lula Lounge

Toronto

October 15th 2006

Another great show from Arthur.

He performs as half of a duo with, multi-instrumentalist, Nick Pynn.

I like how any rowdiness is shushed by the more respectful fans

and at one point talkers are bollocked by Arthur.

It's a very good audience recording in glorious mp3 format.

Arthur Brown

City Varieties Music Hall

Leeds

October 30th 2011

Excellent sounding lovingly remastered mp3s.

A relatively short set as this was a double bill with Focus.

Arthur is on fine form and the band are excellent.

The Crazy World of Arthur Brown

Stone Free Festival, London

Indigo at the O2 Arena

June 17th 2017

Mrs. Luxor & I attended this event.

Blue Öyster Cult were the highlight

as they opened their set with a full

rendition of the first album.

The Answer were great and the wife loves GUN.

Couldn't knock Sweet for the hit machine setlist.

Rainbow?...hmmm...less said the better.

Anyhow...here's Arthur Brown's

excellent contribution to the show.

Audience recording with some chatter

but otherwise fairly decent.

Seen Arthur perform a few times over the years.
He never fails to impress and at 78 is still going strong.
This is an audience recording. Some chatter in the quiet parts
but generally a decent sound...and a great show.
