This was a joint show with Allan Holdsworth's I.O.U.

Not the best quality and a noisy crowd

but notable as Steve Howe turns up to sit in on Freeway Jam.

I don't know how Howe achieved this as he was touring with Asia

who had played in Missouri earlier and were in Illinois the next day.

Aleister Crowley style magick maybe?

Perhaps Steve's rug doubles as a flying carpet?

This is really good stuff.
The musicianship is outstanding.
Dregs have always been hard to define.
Country/bluegrass/jazz/rock/prog...a bit of everything really.
Extended version of Cruise Control, with Led Zep sections is a highlight here.
They reformed for a US tour in 2018 but no European shows which was disappointing.
