CHUM-FM broadcast compiled from two shows.
Runt and the boys on good form here.
Now...I have an issue with Toddy-Boy.
Mrs. L & I had tickets to see him in Duisburg.
I booked a hotel there for a couple of nights
and wove it into one of our tour-of-Germany outtings.
Shortly before we go he suddenly cancels.
No apology or explaination.
I go on his FB site.
I ask what the reason is...no reply.
Todd however is on there every day plugging his, then, new book.
Guy's a breadhead as far as I'm concerned.
Both German shows were cut if I recall so it may have been
a dispute with the German promoter or any number of reasons
but no excuse for not even mentioning it on Todd's own FB.
Lot's of stories about Todd, like his fall-out with John Lennon
and subsequent run-in with Paul McCartney.
I always gave Todd the benefit of the doubt
but now I wonder if he just isn't a nice person.
Boy am I bitter! LOL
No offence to the good people of Duisburg
but it ain't exactly a tourist magnet.
Still had a good time though as they have lots of bars
incuding one that only sold one type of beer
and only one glass size.
The only bar I've ever been into
where "zwei" was all you had to say to get served.
