Michael Schenker Group
Hemmerleinhalle
Nuremberg
December 1st 1983

Some old school heavy metal for all you headbangers out there.
This was a great line up with Chris Glenn and Ted McKenna
of SAHB on bass and drums respectively.
I pulled this off the shelves and am not sure of it's lineage
but I'd guess it is FM sourced as the quality is very good.
Someone told me years ago that they were at one of those
MAG biker events and Schenker was one of the acts.
They said he was so drunk he could barely play.
The crowd began to heckle at which point Michael approached
the microphone and in a slurred German accent said
"I am doing my best".
That made me feel sad.
Michael's had his problems over the years but is on top form here.
regards
Titus
