Van Halen
Gaumont Theatre
Ipswich, UK
May 28th 1978

As you probably Know Eddie Van Halen died recently.
Can't say I am a huge fan but the first album was a landmark
and Ed was a brilliant guitarist.
This is a repost of something I remastered years ago.
It's in mp3 but I still say it sounds better than
the FLAC versions that are around.
A short set opening for Black Sabbath
who they blew off the stage!
Helen Reddy and Johnny Nash also recently left this mortal coil.
Wish I had something by them to share.
I once recorded a cover of Nash's I Can See Clearly Now.
It was difficult to sing and made me appreciate
just how good a singer he was.
regards
Titus
