Mott the Hoople
Expo Building
Portland, Maine
April 28th 1974

This is an audience recording and not the greatest sound quality
but I've always loved it.
Expo Building...is it a cave?
Saw Mott a couple of years ago with three of this line-up
(Ian, Luther and Morgan)
They were shit.
This is much better.
Crank it up and it's not bad really.
(hmmm...I'm not selling this very well)
Just don't want anyone to be disappointed.
I think Luther Grosvenor A.K.A. Ariel Bender
is a bit of a nutter which has always endeared me.
A great guitarist when he is in reasonably stable mode.
regards
Titus
