Blur
London Astoria
October 2nd 1997
The Brit-pop boys doing their thing.
They were far more interesting than rivals Oasis.
I plucked this CD off the shelf and it had little info
so I don't know the source.
Sound quality is pretty good though/soundboard.
I always thought Damon Albarn wanted to be Syd Barrett.
Graham Coxen is an inventive guitarist.
Bassist Alex James makes cheese
and drummer Dave Rowntree is a Labour councillor.
London Loves is one of my fav Blur songs
so obviously they don't bloody do it.
Bet they can't play that one
Sounds pieced together in the studio to me!
