US Festival 1983
May 28th - 30th
Part 4/9
I am not very familiar with Oingo Boingo but they sound OK.
The first song reminded me of Sykotik Sinfoney.
Mötley Crüe, no doubt, have their fans.
Think I'd have taken the chance to find shade during their set.
It 'sounds' so bloody hot at this festival.
I'm dehydrating just listening to it.
regards
Titus

titus, if you've ever heard The Simpson's theme, or saw any TIm Burton films (or countless others he's scored) you'll already know some of danny elfman's (oingo boingo's leader) music.
ReplyDeletehe just played coachella with an orchestra to great reviews.

I am obviously missing out
DeleteYou don't happen to have the complete Wall of Voodoo set do you?
ReplyDeleteHow do you do that Wall of Voodoo that You Do? ... I'm Sorry Sir Billy but I only have the full set on DVD. Will that suffice?
DeleteThat'll do nicely young man. You are a Prince among men (though I won't tell anybody...oh fuck I just did).
ReplyDeleteCheers, pal.
I will try to get it posted over the weekend
