A lovingly remastered multi-sourced Little Feat show.
I really like the sound of this one, it's vibrant with a nice mix/balance.
Enjoy.

Sorry to say that i get a blocking warning screen from Microsoft when trying to download this file (as well as Theme Time Radio Hour) claming that they´ve had reports of the site containing malicious tools that can try to steal information, not showing with AC-DC Sydney 77 though and i have seldom seen this otherwise when accessing Files.FM. Any clue on this, Titus?
ReplyDeleteTotally off-topic but re. an old conversation we had - once again has sami minority people in Sweden been trampled on as the swedish Court of Appeal has overruled a previous verdict and is thus siding with one side in a conflict that the state itself once inflicted: "Since the state's forced relocation of reindeer herders almost 100 years ago, the Vapsten conflict has been ongoing. The Court of Appeal has now ruled that Vapsten Sami village will have exclusive rights to reindeer herding in the area outside Tärnaby in Storuman municipality." (https://www.svt.se/nyheter/lokalt/vasterbotten/vapstenkonflikten-avgjord-i-hovratten) - I´m pissed.
Not sure why that happens. If you click the dots next to the blocked DL and select 'keep' / 'keep anyway' they should download. Nothing dodgy about the site as far as I know. Thanks for the Sami update. I will follow your link shortly
DeleteI'm a bit confused about this story. Is this Sami vs Sami? I'm not sure (in translation) who the winners/losers are. So it's hard for me to take sides. I'm pleased you told me though. It is an ongoing issue that has, as you know, caught my attention.
ReplyDeleteOne misplaced click and i lost a rather well-done explanation... Yes, it´s a feud between two sami villages but as mostly usual it has it´s roots in state politics. One group was unvillingly relocated to another area while the other got to keep the full rights to the pastures and what-not, that´s how i understand it. Kind of an irish situation rooted in the colonial view of the state from past centuries of the north as being just a backlot to be exploited for the "greater good" (now it´s the "Green Industry") and not even today the politicians are able to set things straight. Sickening to me.
