The bastards even changed the back cover
replacing the SAM logo with theirs.
The nerve!!!

      It's now 60% off (EUR 111.77). I'm almost buying it!
      It states that it is 'Made in the UK 2004'.
      Anyway, I just removed the links, some were still pointing to Megaupload.

    If someone is interested on Ebay, I can offer a copy with the original SAM artwork. All royalties will be sent to the master artwork artist.
