Dyan Diamond
In the Dark 1978
Dyan Diamond was one of Kim Fowley's protégés.
She was a member of Venus & the Razorblades at the age of 14.
This is her Fowley-produced debut solo effort. By then 16 and 'legal'.
It bombed and she was immediately dropped by the mercenary bastards at MCA.
Shame, as I think she was great and this is a decent album.
A couple of (good) pop songs but mostly rock n roll.
I've been listening to it for 46 years so it must have something.
It's a vinyl rip. I don't think it's ever been released on CD.

Looks very nice indeed. And the guitar player isn't bad at all. Will have serious listen while driving my car at slow speed.
