Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes
with Ronnie Spector
The Bottom Line
New York
June 14th 1977

Remastered FM.
I saw Johnny and the Jukes in 1979
as one of the opening acts for Led Zeppelin at Knebworth
and they made a lasting impression on me.
Probably the first time I'd seen a band with a full horn section.

This is a great show with, special guest, Ronnie Spector
and we even get a Billy Joel song.
regards
Titus

  1. Amazingly, I was fond of the album Trash It Up from 1983 with Nile Rodgers from Chic. A great album that Johnny himself did not appreciate. But I did.
Great artist he is and love both his Spitting Fire and Reach Up and Touch the Sky live albums. Both are great.
    Thanks for this remaster.
