I have a question for any fluent French speakers.
How would you say 'stuck together' as in 'glued together'?
How would you say 'stuck together' as in 'glued together'?
collés ensemble or ensemble collés or maybe another term?
These things interest me
e.g.
"J'ai du pain sur la planche aujourd'hui"
literally translates to "I have bread on my board today"
The English equivalent would be "I have a lot on my plate"
Some languages have sayings like Never put two squirrels in the same box'
which is their version of 'A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush'.

ReplyDelete"collé serré" is a way of dancing in the Antilles, which is not far from "glued together" for two people, otherwise I would recommend " soudés, indissociables". Depending on the context, as Mrs Derek, tells me.
