In 1987 Jerry Sadowitz introduced a section to his performances
on the subject of Jimmy Saville which began a little like this:

There have been serious allegations in the news of child abuse in Cleveland (UK)
and to my mind there's only one way of finding out if it's true or not
...and that is to call in Jimmy Saville.
You can't afford to fuck about, bring in an expert!

If someone as fringe as Sadowitz knew about Jimmy Saville
then it's safe to assume it was common knowledge in the 'industry'.
Sir James Wilson Vincent Savile died in 2011.
The earliest known allegations against him date back to 1958.
He was never charged with any sexual abuse offences.

In 1998, everyone's favourite nutter, David Icke,
asserted that the world was run by a child abusing elite cabal
including members of the royal family.
...and they said he was mad!

  1. Sadly, we're all conditioned to think a certain way: that the 'out there' stuff just isn't possible and cannot ever be. I'm not saying the reptilian thing is true (I've never witnessed anything like that personally), but David Icke has been right about so many things that folk would never have previously accepted. Try putting yourself back into your own mind/beliefs when you were a child and compare them to how you see things now, you'll realise It's night and day. The world really is not what we thought it was.

There are so many great things about gaining knowledge and experience, but we trade those for our Innocence and naivety: once it's gone It's gone! It's a dear price we pay!

I agree with you though, release the Epstein Files, It's time to become adults! No matter who the Celebrity/person is, If they've abused a child let them be outted and dealt with!

  2. Thoughful comment WBG. Thanks. I sometimes wonder if Icke used the reptilian thing as an easy-to-grasp analogy. Just a way of saying these people are not normal? It certainly got him more attention/sold books :)

  3. pre-digital click bait?
the reptilian thing may have been a sort of cover, a way to say serious things but be safely written off by the mainstream, just as the most biting political commentary often comes via comedians.

    1. David Icke was famously ridiculed on Terry Wogan's TV show when he said he was the son of God. Had the guest been an archbishop who stated "we are all God's children" it would have been fine I suppose. Icke is not even religious in the traditional sense although some view his new-age philosophies as a form of pseudo religion.

    2. yea i had a friend who was big on icke and gave me one of his books, which i never read. the lizard thing seems today as reasonable explanation for the ecocidal predations of the mega rich and their minions, but severe psycho-sociopathy works too.
