More thoughts on The Beast
Some of you may be aware that there are suggestions
that 666 is not the true number of the Beast.
Early transcripts (but not necessarily the oldest) say the number is 616.
This is a complex field of research
because different languages/numerical systems are involved
which are open to some degree of interpretation.
It has been suggested that both variants existed simultaneously
with 666 eventually becoming favoured.
A simple manual transcribing error could easily be the culprit.
Others think it was just changed to 666 because it sounded cooler.
When I tried dialing 666 Donald Tump answered.
I hung up immediately :)
