Samla Mammas Manna
Sprangkullen
Gothenburg, Sweden
September 12th 1976

Spearheaded by the late, great Lars Holmer
Samlas were one of the founders of the Rock in Opposition movement.
In opposition to what? I hear you cry in that falsetto voice that comes
when you are slightly perplexed and/or irritated.
Well, in opposition to the record industry that had started to stifle
innovation in favour of tried and trusted commercial shite.
You can read about it here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rock_in_Opposition
Can't talk of this band without mentioning drummer Hasse Bruniusson.
I have a rule of thumb re recordings of him:
If he's on it...I wannit.
Great footage of early SMM here:

I ripped this from my CDs in FLAC then did some further work on the sound.
It's not lossless however as it has been mp3 at some point in it's chequered history.
They talk a lot on this and if your Swedish is as poor as mine,
i.e. non-existent, then it is hard to follow...but the talk is also part of the music.
Apologies to my huge Swedish following for the grammar on the song titles.
The back cover has (I hope) the correct dots/dashes/umlauts etc.
Fred och Kärlek
regards
Titus
