Money and power drive the world. I'm almost ashamed to admit now that I live in Tennnessee after our state government literally called a special session to break up the only black voting district in the state. This administration will grab power artificially when it knows it can't hold on to it through a legitimate democratic process.
we're the frogs in ever warmer water human beings are great at adjusting to change, when done ever so slowly, and when the media system normalizes what's happening. had any of us stepped into the present moment from our lives of 20-25 years ago, we'd be stunned by the fact that nobody's really reacting to the madness in a meanigful way. we'd correctly assume some sort of mass-hypnosis is afoot. how to break the spell?! mL
