(Little St. James and Great St. James) formerly owned by Jeffrey Epstein.
Deckoff, the founder of Black Diamond Capital Management,
(which sounds like the financial arm of a criminal cabal from a James Bond film)
purchased the Caribbean properties for $60 million in May 2023.

I love this but it also shows that these people have too much money and dont know what to do with it. A billion dollars could do so much good.
