on an Albanian island that will be a luxury resort
...once the unexploded ordnance has been removed.
They were ripped off:
Billionaire private equity investor Stephen Deckoff owns the two private islands
(Little St. James and Great St. James) formerly owned by Jeffrey Epstein.
Deckoff, the founder of Black Diamond Capital Management,
(which sounds like the financial arm of a criminal cabal from a James Bond film)
purchased the Caribbean properties for $60 million in May 2023.
